"Transport happened two days late even after an uplift in service to assure the vehicle move happened before or on the target move date. My main issue was the communications of an issue, I was informed the morning of the day the vehicle was suppose to be off the property. Then there was no projected date for resolving the issue that I could pass on the the new property owner and no lead time to allow me to find other carriers to handle the move. Auto Transport - United Freight Of America did continue to work the issue and a new transport was provided two days later however I found out about that 1 hour before the truck was going to meet me at the property. I had arranged to have an alternate transport occur on Friday just before I got the call however I was able to cancel the Friday transport. The C rating would have been a B if there was more communication and if there was a maybe selection for "would I use them again" I would have selected that."

"Everything went excellent. Chris, Matthew and crew were tireless, courteous and most professional. A joy to work with and be around. This is a very rural area of Texas with long distances from their base to our house, they traveled many miles early in the morning and worked many days in 100 degree heat. As with any construction project there were surprises and delays for things, a normal occurrence whenever you are dealing with sealed areas and you open them up there will be things you do not want to see. <br /> Chris and Matthew really showed their character when dealing with our railings, a combination of metal and wood construction. It took a few extra days and I'm sure many extra hours in their workshop putting them together to where they were sturdy enough to hold up to the long distances they had to traverse. I mention this because they were adamant that my wife and I would be pleased with the final product and we are very pleased. I would recommend this firm for anything, if they say they can do it they will and to your satisfaction."

"THE JOB WENT SMOOTHLY AND QUICKLY. CALLED THE WEEK BEFORE TO GET AN ESTIMATE. D WAS OVER THE NEXT DAY AND SAID THAT HE WAS BOOKED FOR THAT WEEK BUT COULD GET TO IT FIRST THING THE FOLLOWING WEEK. HE SHOWED UP 15 MINUTES EARLY ON THE DAY AGREED ON AND WASTED NO TIME IN GETTING TO WORK. HE MADE SURE THAT HE HAD THE CORRECT PLACEMENT OF THE POLES BEFORE STARTING THE JOB. <br /> WILL NOT HESITATE TO CALL ON HIM FOR FUTURE PROJECTS. <br />"

"They've done some plumbing for us. They've done a very good job and work with us on a regular basis. They roto-rooter it. The only way that we can get there was a roto rooter on our roof. Since we put that metal roof on it, it was awful slippery. The first time I was up there, I fell down on the roof. I had them put a clean-out plug where I can get to it. They spent two or three hours working on that clean out on the side of my house and putting it together. They've done a good job. I'm extremely happy. I'm a retired plumber so the way I'm looking at it, they've done a good job. We were extremely happy with them. We had no problem with the way they've done it. They responded in a timely manner. They told her when they were going to be here, it wasn't a long wait. They knew what they were doing and they've done it right. If I needed to, we'll call them back."
