"We had already spent 2 days going though everything Home Depot had to offer for our clogged drain. It continued to get worse until there was standing water in our tub and everything from all other sources (sinks, washer, toilet, etc) was pushing water up through the tub drain. He also said that if we use their service in the future he would be the one to return unless it was another emergency call and another plumber was on call. I like that this company will send out the same person, as that helps keep things consistent and cuts down the time in explaining previous work. I hope I don't need a plumber for a long time, but when I do I will call Will's Plumbing again."
