As soon as weather permitted, he returned and made the permanent repair exactly as we had originally agreed. He not only performed that pre-contracted repair to the vent which had blown off the roof in a violent storm, but he also resealed three other similar vents nearby for no additional charge at all beyond the very reasonable quote for the single vent alone, Mike also checked out our house's entire roof and provided a guarantee for the entirety.
