They were very responsive following our initial outreach, were quick to get the job done, and I think were very, very fair in pricing! The quick turn-around time includes willingness to return for a second trip to finish installation after drywall repairs were done. Our house was built in the 60's, so replacing a picture window is no easy task as the windows are built into the home and don't easily slide out. Alan knows his craft, and with his guidance, he and his crew accomplished a difficult job. The carport was covered in so many leaves etc., that it had a cactus growing out of it. "I had a partial power outage, and had no power 4 outlets and two light switches. Angie's list recommended 5 companies. Omar from Service King Electric called back. The service call was $49, and a complimentary overall safety check. I asked Omar about what kinds of electrical issues would have caused the issue that my house was having and asked him to recommend services that might be necessary for a house that was built 21 years ago. He checked all the outlets and the sub-panel, found the problem, and repaired it. It only cost the $49 service fee. I asked about the overall safety check and he explained 4 different options that would make the electrical system in my house more efficient. He didn't pressure me to do any of them. If I only wanted a quick fix he would have done the work and been on his way for just $49. Because of his professionalism I asked for estimates for additional work and hired him to install surge protectors, etc., to make my home safer. I'm very pleased."
