"We were completely ripped off by Perez Painting & Renovation. We needed a rebuild after mitigation for a water leak in the bathroom that dripped down into the kitchen. The original ‘contractor’ did a HORRIBLE job hanging drywall. We fired him and he ran off with our deposit. John was a GOD SEND. John came to assess the situation and was very gracious and understanding. He had to remove the substandard work and redo the entire job. He is very knowledgeable about code standards and appropriate materials. That means a lot if your home ever requires appraisal. His crew came in and went right to work.
