"Roof was installed poorly. Verified by two inspectors. Sustainable KW has done nothing to fix it. Our roof began leaking a month after the install. Apparently they used the wrong nails and didn't put the nails in the right places (amongst other things). They have ghosted us. If they installed your roof you should get it inspected. Can not recommend."

Within fifteen minutes after completing his inspection, he went over his findings and gave me two estimates which were quite reasonable. He stated that the repair would take two days, and he could begin the following Friday. On Friday, they started the repair at 8:00 am and completed the entire repair before 4:00 pm.
