I wanted to install a sod lawn for my small backyard as well as reposition and increase my sprinklers for maximum coverage of the lawn and bordering plants. I was rather anxious as I’ve had bad luck with lawns in the past. Luis Vela patiently explained to me the best way to approach my project. He recommended a new timer (which he taught me how to use), new water valves and a better drainage cover. He took out my old lawn (what there was left of it), graded the dirt for best drainage, put on fertilizer and finished the sprinklers. When all this was accomplished, he put in fresh, excellent quality tall fescue sod. Luis came out several times to check on the sprinkler coverage and selected the watering timing that he recommended. He responded to my every concern and I am pleased to say that I love the results of my new, luscious lawn. He was expensive, but his services are worth the price."

"This necessitated their saw cutting my patio, cutting down an acacia tree, removing other foliage at the roots, digging a tunnel under a gate and under the sidewalk so they could cut a core hole into the curb.  They had to replace the portions of the patio that were cut with brick which they were able to match to my existing brick.
This work also necessitated their digging around tree roots and underground utility and cable connections.  So, it was not an uncomplicated procedure.
All of the workers were polite, friendly, hard working, and very cautious.  They treated my home as they would their own.  Frank and his wife emailed me the night before and in the morning after their team meetings so I was well informed as to each day's schedule..   Even Frank's wife visited to check on the job.  They also cleaned everything up and left it  much cleaner than when they started.   
Once I have my fencing replaced, I am having Molina Exterior's come back to do my landscaping.   
This is my first home and it was a pleasure to do business with them.
