"We began the process with SunPower when a representative knocked on the door and asked if we were interested in exploring solar power. After this we were put in touch with Arvin, who guided us through the entire process and was thorough, transparent, helpful, and responsive. First, Arvin met with us in our home for over an hour exploring all the details of various options including PPA (power purchase agreements) and financing. After we expressed initial interest during this meeting, SunPower sent a site inspector to our home to analyze our readiness for a solar panel installation. After this, we stayed in touch with Arvin while exploring the details of our home’s solar power system. Initially, we were hesitant about the idea of a PPA since we wouldn’t own the panels that were on our roof. Once Arvin explained the details of how the PPA works, including provisions for if we do construction on our roof or move to a new home, we became much more comfortable. We ended up choosing to go with a PPA because we liked the idea of paying only for the power being produced, rather than for the equipment itself. The proposed system of solar panels was projected to cover 90% of our home’s monthly energy needs."

"I started solar company research 4 years ago. I quickly canceled my research because all the companies pissed me off. It seemed like a complete scam/hustle. Then this year I started my research again. Solar power is too important, so I got back into the ring to, this time, pull the trigger and get it done. I have issues with getting the best quality at the best price. I got three quotes and then went full on into third-party solar panel comparisons, all available for free online. I plugged in the exact panels each company was quoting me. SunPower was off ALL the charts in quality, production and warranty/lasting production. Absolutely, by far the best product. But that is not my only criteria, I expect very good customer care. My salesman Marc got me dialed in and permits acquired with very little effort on my part. I had an old roof and asked a roofing friend to quote me replacing prior to solar install. Except I prefer all warranty work under the same company, so I contacted Marc to see what Stellar could do. He matched the roofing cost AND upgraded the singles to *Cooling Series* for no additional cost. Sorry for such a long review, but the best is yet to come.The installation crew. Luis, Ken, Robert and Matt. So way above and beyond in every task. Painted all my vents to match the brand new metal trim they installed. Replaced dry rot wood panels, took care of my dog Bowser, cleaned up better than when they arrived, and were the most friendly, accommodating, efficient and fun crew I could ask for. Complete 24-panel system, with brand new roof, installed to perfection AND cleaned up in 5 days!! I have done your research for you. This company is your best option! "Overall experience was excellent. The only problem we encountered was when there were 2 project manager changes. I did not hear anything for 2 weeks, but when I called and spoke to a manager I received a call that day and Tiffany (new PM) was very helpful and professional. She was prompt and honest with project timelines. I would highly recommend NRG to anyone looking to install solar. There will always be issues and problems, but the sign of a good contractor is how they respond."

"The reason I went with Baker Home Energy was the knowledge and demeanor of their representative. Zander came out to my home to assess what needed to be replaced and provide an estimate. Zander impressed me with his knowledge and thoroughness of his assessment. Where options were available, he presented the pros and cons with no pressure to go one way or another. "i could not be happier with OC Solar, they deserve all of the hype! i have worked with Vinnie and the oc solar team for over 5 years and done many projects with their team. they are always on time, priced well, easy to work with, and the communication is excellent. itâ s hard to find good contractors, so when you find one, you have to tell people, and OC Solar is worth putting my name on the line for. we have had them install Tesla power walls for us, specifically the tesla power wall 3. they have installed Panasonic and q cell panels for us and the installation quality is top of the line. highly recommend, 10/10. choose ur installer wisely, los Angeles is not easy to work with, so i recommend a proven company like OC Solar"

"Jeff was referred to us by the roofer we had selected to do a full re-roof on our house. The quotes we had received to remove and reinstall the solar panels were insanely high. Jeff came in with a very reasonable quote to remove and reinstall. We asked him to bid out some additional work as our system is pretty old. He is very knowledgeable about the industry and provided several options at what seemed like very reasonable prices compared to other solar companies we had bid out. He doesnâ t push like a salesman and follows through to get the job done. We are planning to have him back out for additional work in the future and would recommend him to anyone for quality work at fair prices where you donâ t feel like you been taken advantage of when the project is complete. He also worked directly with our roofer to coordinate timing, etc. so we didnâ t have to manage that relationship and also educate us on our system, our NEM agreement, etc. Definitely recommend."
