"We were lucky enough to have Johan help us with our very complicated, old-fashioned network that was acting up. He was professional, understanding, and friendly, and he took us through the process of fixing our network so that we wouldnâ t be left confused by what had happened. My daughter had many questions for him and he even took a look at her wifi connection so that she was able to game more efficiently. He managed to fix our problem and also had great recommendations for us to upgrade our ancient technology. He even promised to return if necessary to help my daughter with her PC that had been running slowly as he has a variety of competencies in those areas. Overall, great experience and we really appreciated his help. We will definitely be asking for him if we encounter any other computer problems!"

He did an amazing job from walking me through everything making sure everything was where I wanted it.
