"So I spent the last couple weeks scrambling because I was trying to repair and replace a chipped cracked tile in my kitchen from a tenant dropping a very heavy object on it. These are very large format, wood plank porcelain tiles that are 5' x 1 feet and have proven to be very challenging to work with without chipping in the past. "Never having used Angi's before, we were shocked to receive such an immediate response to our request for help in replacing some badly broken tiles in our kitchen. We listed the job on a Saturday night, got a call from John (JB Tile & Stone) on Sunday morning, and the following morning he was at our house to discuss what we needed done. Since we only had about a dozen replacement tiles (and they were no longer available if we needed more) we were understandably nervous but appreciated his honesty on the challenges of removing the broken ones without damaging the ones we needed to leave in place. The work took place over 3 mornings.
