"It was a pleasure working with Leon and Crown Roofing. Our tile roof is 28 years old and had developed a couple of leaks. Crown removed the tiles and replaced the underlayment. They are very competitive on pricing. Everything was included in his price, including any damaged wood that they might find when they removed the tiles. Other contractors charged additional for any unseen damage. His crew was always on time, were professional, did the project in a timely manner and a very good job of cleanup at the end of each day. "Initially we called Protecta Roofing to get our roof inspected. Even though we currently did not have leak issues we thought it wise to have the roof inspected as the ceramic tiles were close to 30 years old. Mario was prompt in responding and coming out to inspect. We were informed of 10 broken tiles. Our decision was to have the tiles replaced and power wash the roof to remove algae which included applying an organic sealant product. After a couple weeks of failed attempts to obtain an estimate from Mario I was in touch with Edith, the company sales manager. From then on the communication and process went smoothly. In addition to repairing the broken tiles, our solar panels were cleaned along with painting the pipe flashings. Because everything looked so clean we decided to have Protecta power wash our driveway and side walkways, which are also cleaned with the organic algae solution. The work done was outstanding!"

"We hired Alvarez Roofing to repair our patio repair the roofing on our patio covers. The previous installers did not seal the torch down material properly. This resulted in leaks and damaged the wood. Alvarez Roofing accessed the damage and it became obvious the people who built our covers cut corners and were not professional. After inspecting the roof and chimney flashing Tony told me my roof was actually very well done and in good shape, and that in his opinion the source for water leaking into my home was due to a rusted out chimney case cover and termination cap (I got those items replaced as suggested and my problem was solved). I had actually called two companies to get an analysis and quotes to fix the problem. The other company told that my relatively new roof should be ripped up and replaced in that area of the roof.
