"Did a $59 consult only. Turned out the cost of repairing the old heater was almost as much as a new one, so we got a new one, and handled the install ourselves. Luis B was great, knowledgeable, friendly, didn't try to upcharge just to sell a heater, which we appreciated. Gave us an honest evaluation, several options, and was right on time. I will say, though, that the company failed to call me when he was on his way... not a big deal. All in all a good experience."

"Western Rooter to the rescue again! I had a small underground leak which appeared to be due to a bad sprinkler valve. A sprinkler repair company determined that it was not a bad sprinkler valve and thought it was due to a leak in the main water line. Daniel and Alex dug down to find that the leak was coming from a very old (at least 36 years) broken pvc line. After much testing and head scratching to try to figure out where the water was coming from, they decided to "chase the pipe." After much digging, they found that the very old broken pvc pipe was hooked up to a sprinkler valve that was buried 18 inches underground that had not been capped--only turned off. Roots from a nearby tree had opened the valve which caused the leak--crazy! The current sprinkler system has been the same one since we moved into the house in 1988. It took 36 years for the underground leak to occur!"

"100% recommend. Very professional in every way as the other reviews say. Geremias and his nephews installed a tankless water heater for me, and it works great. Punctual, responsive, communicative, trustworthy, and the best price. I couldnâ t ask for better."

"Wesley was very professional. He responded very quickly to my request for his services. He examined the project, gave me a reasonable estimate and then proceeded to fix the problem with his team. Based on the work he and his team performed, I asked him for another estimate on a different project. As soon as my busy schedule frees up, I plan to engage him for that work."

"Mike was great! He was friendly and knowledgeable. He let me know all the options for replacing my water heater and did the work quickly and neatly. Will definitely be calling him again!"

"They called us quickly and got a plumber out within a few days. Super thorough - tested all pipes and water sources to diagnose the problem. They were able to perform maintenance on most bathrooms the same day and improve the water temperature in our showers. Gave helpful, non-biased advice on potential further plumbing improvements. We will likely call this company again for any and all future plumbing needs."

"'i thought that my expensive wall heater would need to be replaced, but they were able to do a service and get it back up and running like new the same day."

"Yes, they handled it very well. They had to rearrange the pipes that held the PRV, but they came up with an impressive arrangement to do that. Now it works great and, especially, silently."

"Adrian and his crews are very punctual, polite, and also very professional. They were able to accommodate my schedule and specific requests for the removal/installation of my water heater. I will definitely recommend Adrian’s services to my friends."

"Very nicely done, Rubios Plumbing goes above and beyond to ensure quality of work. They help relocate and replace my water heater with a tankless unit."
