"Clark's was professional, knowledgeable and efficient from beginning to end including my first phone inquiry, the bidding/estimate process, scheduling, the work and the wrap up. Every room in my house was refinished or new woods laid. Two teams came in to do my work - first the team that removed and hauled away the old carpet/pad, prepped the floor and laid the new woods, and the second team sanded, prepped and sealed the floors and installed new baseboard/quarter rounds. Every single person I interacted with was customer service oriented, knowledgeable about their aspect of the work, courteous and willing to answer many questions. They all maintained a very clean work site and cleaned up entirely at the end of everyday. There was minimal dust and they took great care to cover all artwork or other household items I could not remove. Clark's provided outstanding, quality work at every step and I would hire them again for all my hardwood floor needs."

"If you are looking for a quality and dustless job when refinishing your hardwood floors talk to Calvin at C H Hardwood floors. The quality of Calvin's work was impeccable. Calvin told us he learned the trade from his dad and has 25 years of experience. Our hardwood floors were sanded down to the raw wood, treated, and we chose not to put a stain on the oak. Calvin cut and installed new baseboards. The result was beautiful. Now let's talk "dust free". Everyone said it can not be done. Calvin proved us all wrong. He has invested in some state of the art equipment so when he is sanding the floors all the dust is contained in some kind of tubing and goes into a machine. There truly was not any dust residue left on the mirrors and shelves that were still in the room. We have lived through our hardwood floor being refinished in another home, and if I did not experience this dustless method I would not have believed it. Other companies we interviewed for the job said we had to move out for at least a week. Not so with C H Floors. While we were gone during the days it was not a problem to use the kitchen and sleep in our home in the evenings. The estimate Calvin quoted us was comparable with the other estimates we received. "Richard is a wood floor craftsman. He replaced the oak floor in our entryway, including a 17’ thick bullnose, repair to the raised subfloor, and fabrication of a custom oak step. He also refinished over 350 sq ft of original oak flooring in our living room and replaced some damaged oak flooring in the hallway. Everything turned out great with the refinished flooring blending in perfectly with existing floors."

"I had already visited 3 hardwood floor businesses, and still wasn’t sure what kind of floor I desired and didn’t receive much help. I had read reviews on all 3 companies. I went back on Yelp and read about 5 star flooring. The reviews were very impressive, almost too good to be true, so I decided to make a visit. The owner of the business, Joe, was there when I arrived. He was very welcoming and listened to my concerns about what I expected in my new wood. He then walked me over to the bamboo wood and I absolutely fell in love with it. He sent out an estimator the next day and got back to me within a few days with a bid. Truth be told, I was shocked to see how reasonable it was, compared to my other bid. After the wood came in his crew started work right away. These 3 men were very professional, answered any questions I had during the process with patience, worked very long hours and left everything tidy when they left. They did a beautiful job with the installation. One thing I would like to add is there was minor damage to an area of the house and I emailed Joe about it. He came out to the house right away and had it repaired the same day. I am very happy with 5 Star Flooring, and would definitely recommend them.
