"Kevin came to measure the windows and gave us great price. 10 years ago, I had another company installed screen for the other house so we know how much of heat these screens block. Unlike that company, Kevin assured that he cleans the window before installation. His screen does not use screws to attach to the window frame but use spring system. We can remove and clean windows w/o damaging the frames. I recommend KEVIN!"

"I put a 12' x 33' concrete slab at the back of my house in preparation for a sunroom and then got visits and bids from several installers in the Austin area. In a previous house some years ago I had had a moderately unpleasant experience with a nationally known sunroom installer because of leaks and maintenance and, this time, made careful plans in advance. I considered a wood framed structure but the cost would have been 1.5 - 2.5 time more. I chose Lone Star Patio. They installed a beautiful aluminum sunroom over the slab (11 windows + a cabana door) with electrical outlets/fan/light. Peter Garcia, the owner, had a personal hand in almost everything that got done. He is easy to communicate with and responds promptly to texts, emails and phone calls. The person who manually did the installation, Sean, is a perfectionist (and also a really nice fellow). The electricians - subcontractors - were so good that I will call them myself if I need electrical work. Peter knows how to choose good workers. There were some significant delays but these were due to weather and matters beyond Lone Star Patio's control. There is a 5 year labor warranty from Lone Star Patio + longer materials warranties from Norandex (for the windows) and PGT (for the door). Overall, we are very happy with results and I trust the company to provide maintenance, if it's needed during the warranty periods."

We had full siding replaced and painted they even washed my windows after painting! No paint spills or splatters and Gave us the leftover paint for future touch ups . "Ybarra did a wonderful job in the bathroom. The new shower is really the showcase of the improvement, and the new light fixtures look very nice. Really good work there. Ybarra also painted our cabinets in the kitchen, installed a new farmhouse style kitchen sink and granite countertop. Also a big improvement in the laundry room, where Ybarra installed new storage cabinets. Really looks good and now we have adequate storage space in closed cabinets instead of the old open shelves above the washer and dryer. One element that could have been improved would be to have more communication with us about who would be working and when. The project took time and we didnâ t speak the same language as most of the workers, so good communications along the way is very important to us.Ybarra also expanded our patio and replaced an old wooden fence with a new wrought iron fence that looks much better and should last much longer."
