"Project - newly remodeled single story ranch with a bay window, oversized windows and regular windows. Partitioning several sections of interior with sliding panels. Communication was excellent with my assigned rep. He gave suggestions, practical tips, design styles and brand qualities and free samples. Explained the entire process up front. They have excellent varieties, styles, builds and with more color choices than competitors. Shipping was also very quick or prompt. Tracking was excellent. Packaging was extra secure and solid, especially on the longer sized blinds. Installation was simple and can be done by any DIY'er. Helps if you watch the available install videos on their website. Customer service was excellent. Easy to contact by phone or email. Reps are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. One occasion, no questions asked on needing to replace one of the larger blinds due to workmanship build (a brand product - not their own brand). It was handled quickly and shipped within a few days. Saved thousands of dollars over other vendors (who had less products and choices). I receive a lot of compliments on the blinds (& colors schemes), but get rave reviews on the partitioning sliders."

"The owner, Hank, is very knowledgeable, honest and reliable.  He and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with.  He really knows his business better than anyone else we interviewed.  They did a beautiful job cleaning our marbella stone floors which included filling holes and some restoration and we couldn't be happier with the results.  He even said he can restore our saltillo tile on the patio which we will be calling upon him for in the not too distant future.  We highly recommend AZ Stone Care. <br />"

"We called their 800 number, they made an appointment for the following week. Two people arrived on time. One worked inside the other outside. They moved whatever furniture necessary and replaced it and they were done in less than an hour. We have approx. 20 windows and a patio door."

"I emailed the business owner and he responded by a phone call. We agreed on a time to meet at the house and Mike arrived right on time. Mike determined the drywall damage was caused by a leak at the edge of the window flashing outside on the roof. We agreed on a price and he scheduled the work later that week. He fixed the leak and tested it over a period of a couple of days. After he was satisfied the window would not leak, he replaced the drywall, textured and painted. He ordered the paint to match the existing paint and took care of picking it up, too. The job is perfect--you cannot tell where the repair was. I was pleased to discover every bit of debris had been cleaned up and there was not anything to indicate any repair work had been done. I am very happy with Canyon Meadows Remodeling and Repair and will definitely call them for any future work."

"Both the owners of the company and the woman who is helping me are very polite, punctual and fulfill their service as promised.  I can count on her to be flexible about needs that are immediate and also knowing that the other things will also get done in due time.  I have always felt comfortable being in the house with her (we enjoy each others company actually!).  My previous helper had met with the team and showed them her special way of doing things with the proper tools and products before moving and I have felt the smooth flow of transition which makes such a difference for me. <br /> If we need other services such as the windows cleaned, etc. they have staff to help complete these tasks as well. <br />"

"We have them coming out in the next couple of weeks. We had done it on some special that they had given us a coupon, so it was like $89. The service was okay, the guy that came out was okay. Then they tried to up sell us on an annual service agreement, a warranty service agreement. That was bad. The lady over the phone quoted one price, then the tech came and quoted a different price that was higher. When we signed up it was a third price that was even higher. That was ridiculous. Price rating – I think cause we were on a special it would be an “A”, it definitely would not be an “A” if they had to do repairs, but since it was just maintenance I would say an “A”. We are going to be doing the same service on the coupon deal in a couple of weeks, and if they try to sell me the annual service package, we’re not going to bite on that."
