"They have been very helpful. The refrigerator we had, had a control panel that they could not replace, so they gave us options and we were able to get a new refrigerator. "Lloyd has been my pest control provider for over 2 years. We initially called him after having a minor roach problem. He came out and assessed the situation, gave us a quote, which we accepted and did a treatment. He suggested that we have treatments monthly for 3 months, which we agreed to. After that, the problem was under control and he suggested that we go to every other month. After about 6 months (3 treatments) and everything was under control, he then suggested we drop down to quarterly treatments, which we have been doing ever since with excellent results. Although, we have never had to call him back out, after every treatment, he says that if we have any problems to call him and he'll come out and take care of it."
