"The initial visit was prompt and the fence was installed as promised. The dog trainer did 1 session with the puppy, there was a problem with the fence, and the dog was getting a shock at an improper time. This required a followup visit. I had to call twice for this. They were then supposed to call me for a followup appointment. After waiting they failed to call me as promised, and again I had to pursue them. My sister was entitled to a referral check and it was necessary to call 3 Times to the manager regarding this. The product is good, but feel the customer service could use improvement."

First was told the installation would be in a couple weeks from the time we talked but he called two days later and said they could work me in the following day.
