"Roof and Fascia Repair Highly Recommend Roof Tech. Just had a fascia Board replaced and roof repair that caused the problem. Work was done by Roof Tech. Highly recommend them. Very neat, fast work. Good price and thorough. Darrell gave us a complete explanation of the needed work and followed thru. His guys who came were done in 2.5 hours and did everything they said. I mentioned another small item when they were here, not part of quote, and they handled that as well-no extra charge. "We contacted Ed and Mike with K&E Repair Solutions, LLC. They were able to come out the same day and give an estimate for the scope of the work needed. Once we approved the estimate, the guys were able to come out immediately and start work on the apartment upstairs. Jason found that the floor in the bathroom had to be replaced, from the leaking, and the shower, especially around the fixtures had to be resealed to address the leaking. He was very professional and finished the work rather quickly. They also had a guy come out and inspect our AC units; which were old and needed to have parts replaced and be cleaned. They found that the exterior AC units on our roof were not properly installed for being on the roof and the drainage was damaging the roof, causing constant damage to the roll roofing. We had the entire roof replace less than 2 years prior and that contractor never addressed the cause of the leak, nor sealed the edges properly. Alonso and Mike with K&E Repair Solutions came out on a Saturday and tore off all the damaged roofing (about half of the roof), moved the AC units and reinstalled them properly to have the drainage not wear into the roof. Before the repairs were done we would pray it wouldn't rain, at least not on our little square of the world. Since the repairs have been done, we have had no issues at all with leaking; not from the roof nor the apartment upstairs, which after so long is really amazing. The guys were very friendly, professional and prompt. We have used them for other smaller jobs. We have been very pleased with the outcomes and will use them again for future jobs. NEVER GO CHEAP!!! Almost all of the work we needed done has previously been done over and over again, by the cheapest contractor we could find... which has cost us more than 2-3 times what getting it done right with K&E Repair Solutions cost us. Yes, the cost was broken up over a couple of years but just the aggravation and damage alone was insane. The original contractors gave us 3 year (or less) warranties, NEVER came back when there was a problem; which there was always a problem almost immediately."

"Craig was great with answering all questions we had. When it came to replacing he had a lot of information about types of roof and colors. They dropped off the materials the day before and the next day everyone showed up early and finished the roof in one day. They have a large team which allowed them to work on all parts of the roof at once. They were really nice and well organized. 10/10 would recommend and will also be using them for our gutters."

Did a good job, but left a soda can in my driveway and I found an empty tube of sealant floating in my pool after he left. <br />"

"I can’t say enough positive words to describe my recent service from Brothers Roofing. Dan was extremely punctual in returning my call, quoting the business, and answering my many questions. When I asked if he could fit me in on very short notice because my first child was due any day he came through to ensure that we wouldn’t be disrupted after bringing home the baby. Additionally, Dan and his team took many pictures throughout the job and did spectacular work. Everything was thoroughly explained and the property was left completely cleaned. Dan used the best product on the market and was extremely reasonable compared to other contractors. I have found a roofer for life in Dan, and Brothers Roofing! To top things off, Dan left a flower arrangement and a Thank You/Congratulations card for when we got home. Completely unnecessary, but so very much appreciated. "The first repair looked good, but next storm water leaked. Notified Stay Dry and they came out to inspect and found the problem. They fixed the problem and we've been dry since then."
