"Ok john Scott roofing was awesome n professional from start to finish. Any other roof estimates I got I had to scan a code or ask multiple times for license, insurance, references ect. not with John Scott roofing didn’t get the words out and Mr Scott is handing me copies of everything. The workers were neat personable they cleaned their messes up each day. If I could do more than recommend them I would do that n give a 6th star. Without asking at payment time I got copies of release of lien for material and entire job, that just puts ya at ease. John Scott roofing not only was the most reasonable but an absolute pleasure to work with thank you agin roof looks great !!"

When I asked if he could fit me in on very short notice because my first child was due any day he came through to ensure that we wouldn’t be disrupted after bringing home the baby. Jim Hernandez, the owner came and gave me the estimate and was also present to supervise the job during the two days it took to complete. That was an important factor that I wanted, to insure a good job, and not leave the details to his workers.  Jim was very friendly and presented himself in a professional manner.  It was a pleasure working with him. He even came to the house on a Sunday to work out the details of the contract.  He was also very concerned with the weather and kept us posted of the conditions as to when he should start the job.  

I wanted to make sure that the roofing contractor that I used was fully insured including workers compensation on his employees, and Good Neighbor Roofing had all that.  I would highly recommend this company to anyone that wanted a good job at a fair price.
