Any other roof estimates I got I had to scan a code or ask multiple times for license, insurance, references ect. not with John Scott roofing didn’t get the words out and Mr Scott is handing me copies of everything. The workers were neat personable they cleaned their messes up each day. If I could do more than recommend them I would do that n give a 6th star. Without asking at payment time I got copies of release of lien for material and entire job, that just puts ya at ease. John Scott roofing not only was the most reasonable but an absolute pleasure to work with thank you agin roof looks great !!"

"Had our shingle roof redone as it was overdue and the last storms took off quite a few shingles. We chose to upgrade our underlayment and Covenant recommended we change out roof ventilation as it was inadequate from when the house was built (something other companies told us as well). Pricing was comparable to other companies but their financing offers were superior. Had to follow up a few times during the process to ask how things were going to get us to the next step but the company would get back to me either same day or next day. Was worried about the amount of plywood that would have to be replaced due to the age of the roof, but thankfully it only ended up being a handful of pieces. Roof was done in a day (amazing) and the project manager came back a few times afterwards to take care of things that I mentioned to him. Project probably took about 30 days from the day we signed the contract to the day it was completed, counting time we had to wait for the HOA approval and building permit. We’re happy with our new roof and glad to have this project done, and would use them again."
