He removed a rotting post on my front porch, poured concrete and set a new post (making sure it was plumbed and level), sanded, and painted, making sure everything was covered to prevent getting paint on the porch. The new railing is extremely sturdy and beautiful. I am grateful for such a considerate and skilled individual.
