"Called GDS to have a very loud Genie chain drive opener replaced with a Guardian belt drive opener on Friday January 15th at about 3:00 pm. We were quoted a price and that is exactly what it cost . . . no hidden gotchas. GDS sent an installer out on Saturday morning by 9:00 am. Received a call 20 minutes before arrival Work began on time. Work was completed on time. All that I would expect from GDS. We've used them twice before with superior results. The installer was professional, friendly, very polite, answered all my questions, and cleaned up after he was finished. He explained all that I needed to know about the new opener. He even made modifications to allow the door to open up further than with the old opener without any up charges. We couldn't be happier with the work performed When we're ready to replace the other door opener, there's only one company that we will be considering . . . "Spurred on by the very poor results we had experienced from two of the national-chain big-box stores, we looked for a highly rated door installer on Angie's list. We were fortunate to find Alamo Door Specialist and to meet Mr. Alex Gonzalez. Our requested door design, illustrated by a screen shot from a random web site, was for a two full size panes of glass sandwiching vertical fully operational blinds. Alex quoted a fair price and then completed both door installations within only one week!"

"At first, it went well. Mr. Clarkson, the owner, was nice, knowledgeable, and professional. He came over within a reasonable time frame to bid the job and provided a written estimate that was fair. They also got us on the schedule fairly quickly. The office staff that we spoke to were all nice and professional as well. The siding repair went fine. Then, when they did the roof, we were pleasantly surprised that they finished in one day. However, when we came home to see the roof after it was finished, things started to go awry. We noticed that there was some material still laying in one of our flower beds. When I asked him about it, Mr. Clarkson stated that one of his guys would be "back to finish the drip edge". The man did come back right away, but he never properly finished installing the metal drip edge. I alerted Mr. Clarkson to the fact that a portion of the drip edge was left incomplete. It was very noticeable- I don't see how someone could have accidentally left it that way, honestly. Anyway, Mr. Clarkson responded quickly and stated that someone would come fix it. Ok, no problem. However, when the "someone" arrived to fix it, they still didn't install it correctly. Again, a noticeable piece of the drip edge was missing. So, I contacted Mr. Clarkson again and asked that he personally come look at the "correction". He did so- promptly and without complaint. After seeing the drip edge, he told me that he agreed with me- that it was substandard. He seemed genuinely put out with his own workers for not installing it correctly. He stated that someone would come fix it. So, the third time his guys came out to fix the drip edge rolls around... They showed up at 7:45 pm and it was already dark, so they couldn't adequately see what they were doing. To make matters worse, we observed them climbing on the window trying to reach the repair area. Turns out, they had come to the house to do the repair without even bringing a LADDER! After we let them use our ladder, the drip edge was installed adequately, but jeez...talk about unprofessional! So, overall, it seems that Mr. Clarkson is trying to run an honest and quality business. He really seems to be a nice man, and if this rating were just for him- he'd get an A. However, a business is only as good as the people it employs. There's also a lot to be said for doing things right the first time."

"Dominic Parker responded the same day, came out gave us a no cost quote and worked to stay within our budget. He was polite, professional and installed the next day. He was on time and did a quality job. i would highly recommend him to friends and family."

Charlie, the owner-mgr of 360, sent Paco to refinish our front doors. They were seven years old, had been redone about 3 years ago, and due to a poor quality prior refinishing and heavy sun, were peeling, chilpping and close to beginning to split.  One door was notably worse than the other. Paco first totally stripped the first (and worst) door, and sanded down the second. He attempted to match the finish on the better door, but due to the way it had been finished previously, he could not match it,and it was necessary to strip the second door. Paco then found a stain that was even a better match than the original doors (matching our wood floors), stained the doors, and then put on multiple coats or urethane sealer to finish the job.  Overall, Paco spent 2 1/2 days completing the job.  He was extremely neat, in masking the door, minimizing the sanding dust, and cleaning up.

Paco and Charile/360 were professional, personal, friendly and timely.  Our doors look better than brand-new, and I would hire 360 for my next paint job without any doubt.  They were top notch!

"It went great. Chris M arrived on time to inspect our roof. A previous company was doing inspections in our community after a storm. The other company’s rep showed me pictures of “damage” and said we should get a new roof. Chris, from Integrity Roofing, did a free inspection and told us that our roof was in good condition. He said that there were some small issues that did not need to be repaired. Chris was friendly and professional. If I do need roof repairs in the future, I will call Integrity Roofing."
