"If you are in need of a honest, professional roof contractor, you need to hire Guaranteed Roofing Repairs! I’m a single female, so anytime I have any type of home project, I expect the contractor to try to rip me off, overcharge me or recommend extra, unnecessary work. I had a tile roof shingle that looked a bit crocked or broken. I asked Guaranteed Roofing Repairs to come give me an estimate. They showed up the same day, and Mike and Chris were very kind and professional. After inspecting my roof shingles they told me I did not need to do any repairs as it had already been sealed. "I leaked the roof of my new addition and hired All Available Roofing, LLC to repair it. After inspecting the roof, the owner told me the entire roof needed to be replaced. He also said the rolled roof over my patio had to be replaced because the plywood underneath was rotting. The crew did everything listed on the invoice, and at the time, I had no issues with the workmanship or materials.
