He said he could have someone on Monday for an estimate. Price was very important, and Roeslers Roofing worked with us to get a very competitive price. We finalized discussions that Wednesday. Generally the crew would have started at 9:00 AM, but at our tenants' request, this was moved out to 10:00. I arrived on site at 10:00 and the crew was ready to go. The job completed earlier than estimated, and we are completely satisfied with Roeslers Roofing. Would recommend and use again because of the professionalism of the president and all crew."

I specifically have to thank Andrew S. who went through 3 inspections before my insurance company agreed to replace it. To Andrew’s credit, his persistence and skill over a period of 2 months finally resulted in my insurance company (known for denying claims) agreeing to a full replacement. If you ever have an insurance company come to assess your property after a storm they often have third party companies doing the work of assessing damage and almost always deny your claim. "After I had my first shed (approximately 250 sq ft) converted successfully from a tool shed to a tiny home with a loft by GC Squared Roofing, I saved some money and contacted that company again to do my second shed. The first shed was for my gf. This one was for me. This was going to be my home gym. The second shed was actually two sheds connected together. "After the 100+ temperature week we had in San Antonio, our AC struggling to cool, so we finally gave in and decided to make a call for insulation. We could feel the heat in the walls form the sun, so we spoke to Manuel at Insulation Works asking for a quote for wall insulation. He explained that while he could install insulation in the walls, it was likely not the problem, he suspected it was really our attic that needed insulation. He came to our home and gave us a quote for the walls and the attic. The attic had 2-4 inches of insulation while CPA recommends 13.5 inches. Our attic definitely needed some attention too. He explained how the walls cost much more to insulate but he really thinks we could get the best value just doing the attic which will not only cost less but would also cool the entire house, not just the rooms we added the wall insulation to. He explained how if we got attic insulation, we may not even want wall insulation, so he recommended we wait on the walls, and he could come back later if we decided we still wanted them done. The team, Manuel and Mari, came over and got to work within 2 days. They were both so very nice, friendly and professional. They wrapped my furniture and the floors to protect it from any dust or damage. They even brought corner protectors to protect my walls from any potential damage. They had all the professional machinery and tools needed to get the attic done quickly and correctly. In the end I had 17-18 inches of insulation in my attic. They quickly cleaned up and even vacuumed although there was not much of any mess I could even see. The team worked with me on filling out the rebate from CPS and even worked it out from our estimate. We didn't even know there was a rebate available. It felt like we were dealing with family even though we didn't know them before we made that call. We immediately felt a difference in the house and now that it's the day after it's amazing how much cooler the house is, and my AC is not having to work so hard. I don't even feel like the walls needed to be insulated anymore! He was right! There are so many companies that would have jumped at the chance to just charge me for the walls and attic, but Manuel was so honest it really blew us away. If we decide later, we want to add insulation to the walls we know exactly who we will be calling. If anyone needs any insulation work done, we definitely recommend Insulation Works!"

"We had a direct lightening hit on our house. Called Action Roofing who responded quickly. During consultation we also asked for plywood to be added to attic floor so we can use for storage space. Roof was fixed first on 2/17/15. For attic work, plywood was left stacked on the attic floor. They came back a different day on 3/8/15 to finish attic work. No complaints on work done. If anything, there was some roof debris found around the house on the lawn that my husband had to pick up and clean up."
