I found XPERT Landscaping through Angi’s list, and George worked with me to identify what still had to be done, and worked to ensure what was left to be done still worked for my budget. They did a wonderful job installing hard scape and rock, fixing issues left from the previous landscapers, and getting sod and plants installed and hooked up to our irrigation system. George remains available when I need him for questions or troubleshooting should anything come up. They returned to adjust sprinklers, check on the grass, and replace any sod that had struggled to take root. They’re trustworthy and great communicators. I would recommend XPERT to anyone trying to spin up a landscape project!"

"<p>Mr. Dove didn't do the work.  It was two of his employees or subcontractors.  The installation of the wiring, ceiling fan and ceiling light went fine, but the drywall repair wasn't that good.  The texture they sprayed on the walls didn't even remotely match the existing wall texture, so their patch job was obvious.  Also, they didn't reconnect something in one of the outlets so only the top socket worked.  When I notified Mr. Dove, he came out the next day to fix it.  I was impressed by Mr. Dove's professionalism, and would hire him again provided he did the work.  </p> <br />"

"Keith is the guy who you want to call for any electrical needs. He worked in my budget. The work he did was fantastic. I was really pleased with the increase in light in the hallways. He gave me a few tips on changing out some switches and electrical sockets. Keith said to call him if I had any trouble. I did have trouble and called him on two different occasions and he talked me through how to wire them correctly. "Roman, the owner, showed up right on time. His two man work crew was right behind him. They planned the lay-out of the lighting fixtures and got right to work. Roman gave us some expert advice on installing the remote control as opposed to a wall switch. His advice really helped us make a decision and we went with the remote control unit in the ceiling fan. The crew was very professional and helped move all of the furniture in and out of the living room. They laid down a huge drop cloth that covered the whole floor. They completed the job in a very timely manner and left our house neat and clean. We will definitely contact Roman again at Advanced Electric in Simi Valley, CA for future electrical work. P.S. his prices are more than fair."

The finished work looks great. This is a very old house and he really respected the spirit of the place (which hasn't always been the case with workmen here.) "Sunshine builders planned and designed our outdoor living space and executed it after we approved all the changed and modifications so it will fit exactly to what we wanted to have. At first, we honestly didn’t think that we can get all what we wanted under our budget because it was just too many things in one project. The project that we wanted to do, included a 2 levels patio with space for full BBQ with dining area, sink, refrigerator, counter top and a large stone fire pit with seating area. More than that, we added some plantings spots by building a plats pots, a new grass area, LED solar lighting fixtures, a new driveway and more things.
