"You should definitely have Jay at Oasis give you an estimate for your project – even if you’re not sure what you want. We only had a general idea and frankly needed some expert input & direction for ours. Jay provided it – he knows what he’s doing, folks. Here’s what you should expect. • Jay and his son Sean were on time, professional, and personable – pic below. • Sean quietly used a tablet to prep an on-the-spot design drawing with cost estimate as we walked our yard with Jay to flesh out the project. The design and estimate updated dynamically, real-time & with measurements, as we added and changed things. Amazing! • Jay left us with a full design drawing and estimate along with his personal contact information. Follow up text, phone, and email communications with Jay were easy and he responded rapidly to questions and design changes. • He helped us with subsequent design changes and we had updated drawings and cost estimates within a few hours at most (understandably, no chan"

"I have been looking to transition some of my properties to artificial turf. I had not done much research on any company but coincidentally a resident near by was getting turf installed by O&G. I reached out and spoke to Miguel for more information. We spoke over the phone and offered to see the property and give me a free estimate. He was straight forward, easy to talk to and provided a portfolio or his previous work. His crew was very clean in performing the work, the price was good, and their responsiveness to any of my concerns was timely. I will definitely work with them again in future projects."

Customers say: Quick response

"Three simple points sum up 4-Clover: 1) Professional -- Raul is friendly, straight to the point, and certainly a pleasure to work with...none of the bullsh#t you expect from so many contractors these days trying to convince you that they're the best around but end up being either no-shows or charge you crazy premiums. 2) Stick to the budget and the schedule -- took Raul a couple of days to come up with his final quote and we agree to it as the budget throughout the entire 2-week project. No surprise changes, no phone calls at the end asking for more money, none of that. They even fixed my broken sprinkler system for free. 3) Quality work -- I picked the design and the material, and they delivered the result exactly as I've envisioned. (Too bad I can't post photos in this review or else I'll show you guys the before and after pictures.) They're detail-oriented and the craftsmanship is indeed superb as the other reviewers have mentioned. Overall, a great experience on this type of project that's usually full of stress and unwanted surprises. Simply can't recommend 4-Clover enough; and they're definitely on top of my preferred contract list for any future landscaping project."

"Professional Builders & Remodeling is a great company! I hired them for the first time but certainly not the last. I went with them on my kitchen remodel and they did a perfect job! They were always on time, professional, honest, and they made the whole remodeling process easy and simple. The kitchen turned out great, it's very beautiful and I love it!"

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in San Bernardino, CA

With proper maintenance, permeable pavement can last for over 20 years. Bi-annual vacuuming prevents clogs from debris and sediment, extends the pavement’s lifespan, and helps you avoid costly driveway repairs. Permeable pavement often has a shorter lifespan in areas with heavy traffic or harsh weather conditions.

Pervious and porous usually refer to pouring asphalt or concrete—which is a single massive object—but with enough small holes to allow for even drainage. This is also sometimes called thirsty concrete. Permeable concrete pavers are precast concrete designed to also allow for drainage. Permeable grass pavers allow grass to grow through them and provide drainage.

Pervious, porous, and permeable pavers are similar because they make it easier for rain or snow to drain or absorb into the ground rather than overload the storm or sewer systems.

The most significant benefit of water-permeable pavement is that it helps precipitation absorb better (and slower) into the ground, which avoids overloading sewers and causing overflows and backups. It also helps recharge the groundwater and prevent agricultural runoff from lawns.

If you’ve ever seen water rushing into a storm drain, permeable pavement prevents that. Instead of water running off a steep driveway, a good amount of it “soaks” directly underneath the pavement.

Topmix permeable concrete costs $8 to $16 per square foot, including all installation costs. However, they give out estimates on a project-by-project basis. However, Tarmac, the company that made the product, no longer produces Topmix.

Ecoraster is a brand that offers many different permeable paving options in North America. Prices vary depending on the product and project. They’ll give estimates for each individual project. While not actual pavers, these grids serve a similar function. Ecoraster grids come in various styles and allow for similar drainage compared to permeable pavers or porous paving.

Permeable driveways may cost slightly more than a traditional paving type, but they reduce or eliminate the need to install any other type of drainage system. Drainage systems cost $2,000 to $6,500 to install. They also reduce stormwater runoff, sewer overflows, and help eliminate urban agriculture runoff, which can pollute waterways.
