"Great and fast service. I spoke to Susan from the office and asked her to see if she can send someone to come over and give me an estimate for my carpet cleaning. Susan was very nice and she told me she will send someone that same afternoon. <br /> The person that came over, checked the area where I needed to have my carpet cleaned and he gave me a price for the work. I called again to Susan and asked her if she can do something about the price. She checked and called me back giving me additional 10% for that work. "We'd called Brian and Greg once before and were so impressed with their price and the quality of their work that we recommend them all the time! When it came time to clean our carpets again, there was no one else we considered. As in the past, Brian immediately answered my call, gave me a quote over the phone, and set a date at my convenience. On the day of service, Brian and Greg showed up exactly on time and got right to work. We'd removed the furniture from the rooms, so they didn't need to work around anything, but it took them less than an hour to thoroughly clean and protect our carpets.
