"GREAT! Really appreciated this company! Another reviewer on Yelp recently spoke to the honesty of this company. I can vouch for the same. Felipe came out today (after we called yesterday, for an estimate), after we discovered them on Angi's list. He spent nearly an hour looking at our upper and lower roof, as we had discovered a water spot on our ground level ceiling. He was very thorough and looked in every place that he thought the roof might possibly admit water, but could not find places where the runoff (from chimney/walls of house) might admit a large enough amount of water that would cause the damage that we were seeing. Instead, he deduced that the evidence seems to be of a plumbing, not roofing issue. He thoroughly checked our roof exterior and told us that he felt the shingles/flashing/nails seemed in good shape for now, and though this type of roof should need replacement soon, he felt it would hold up another 2-3 years. He did not charge us for the estimate, did not try to sell us products we did not need, and could've easily found reason for us to spend money with a roofing company, as another has told us they thought the spotting was a "roof" problem, but I definitely feel confident that their professional opinion reflects honest dealings and when it IS time for us to replace the roof in a couple of years, we will definitely look to this company to work with!"

"We have had an excellent experience with wise builders. They remodeled our two bathrooms for us. Nathan Weizmann who was our project manager has a background in interior design. He provided us with an excellent plan for updating and making our bathrooms more functional and aesthetic. Everything from the plans, permits, work schedules, inspections etc. was taken care of by Nathan. We were informed daily about the progress of our project. I cannot say enough good things about the trades people, plumber, electrician, carpenter, tile installers who worked on the project. they arrived promptly every day at 8:30 am and worked a full work day, sometimes into the early evening six days a week. they are polite, keep you informed as to what they are doing and have pride in their work. no time was wasted. We now have two beautiful bathrooms that were completed on schedule. I would have Wise Builders back in a heart beat if and when i had another remodel project.
