They have been rated best in the bay by the Bay Guardian. They are very diligent about inspecting the work to be performed. They provide itemized estimates for parts and labor. They have been in business for many years and they are close to Bart and U and I transportation. They have recently added a 24 month, 24,000 miles part and labor warranty on all work performed."

"It went great.  Rich replaced our bathroom vanity, toilet, added bathroom fixtures and accessories including a medicine chest, did electrical and other plumbing work and hung 2 screen doors.  He also painted the bathroom.  I picked out the items at Home Depot and paid for them and Rich picked everything up and did all the hard work. He was efficient, creative, reasonable and the quality was second to none.  I've already recommended him to a good friend of mine and will use him again for future projects. If you don't go with Rich, you are missing out on quality and value.  Plus, he's just a nice guy. <br />   <br />"

"What I appreciated most was the fast response to my last-minute request for service.  The two gentlemen entered the home and assessed the project requirements and wasted no time to meet my expectations.  They worked with me through the complexities of my request and made it happen.  This quick response came at a price, but the service was what I needed, when I needed it.  One flaw did occur with the coax cable.  The young man accidentally severed the coax cable while cutting into the drywall.  The veteran contractor resolved the issue with a coax cable extender and additional connectors at no additional cost.  They did a great job overall.  The electrical outlets work great; I am not sure about the cable...I never used it before or after the service.  Good work overall, wish I could make a $100/hr. <br />"
