"My wife and I searched Google, Yelp and Aggie List for the prospective roofing companies to assess our aging roof and to propose the right actions to repair the water damages, which we could see occurred at the corners of our roof. Instead of asking up for 6 companies for this job, as indicated by other reviews, we nailed it down to 2 companies only after extensive search. These 2 companies all have very good reviews to start with, and they came to look at our roof promptly and both came to the same conclusion that we needed a complete re-roofing. The project would replace the water-proofing felt layer and any broken tiles. Any water damaged or termite infested wood should be replaced also at pre-determined per foot price per category. These 2 companies bid were a little different. But ‘Above It All Roofing’ has a 10-year warranty, which my wife cares a lot. Then the sale person Dave made a big difference in the decision making. He was courteous and honest. We felt that could trust him. He worked hard to get our project and came to our house 2 times before we finally signed the contract with ‘Above It All Roofing’. Our project then was scheduled to start. The owner of the other company happened to know the owner of ‘Above It All Roofing’, Mike. Even after we notified him that we would go with ‘Above It All Roofing’, he still gave us good reference and blessing. So we felt good choosing the right company for our roof project. There were 5 people worked on our roof. They were nice and friendly, cleaned all debris at the end of the day before they left. Everything went smoothly. We were surprised that there was more wood damage than was expected earlier. Dave came here every day and showed us the damaged wood after it was replaced. We are happy with the work done and believe that an excellent review is what the company, their workers, and Dave deserve."

"We are giving Hoyt Roofing a 5 Star rating, because of the excellent job they did on the installation of our new roof. The whole process only took four days and the workers went over and above to keep us informed of the progress and maintaining a clean work area. We were impressed from the initial meeting where we discussed and deciding on the terms and conditions to completion of the job. They were not pushy or try to upsell their products. We highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a new roof."

"Di Rocco Construction inspected my roof and wrote a comprehensive report. Very professional work. I highly recommend this company."

"Joseph was on time to give me an estimate to repair/replace a flat roof over our patio. He presented three options. After making a choice, we promptly set up an installation day/time. He had a worker clean the existing tar roof an installed an asphalt sheet (shingle) overlay all up to code. The work area was cleaned, and the new roof has held up well to a week of rain. Great job."

"Sept. 2024. We own a single story 2150 square feet home in Yorbe Linda. The spanisch tile roof is now 35 years old and it was leaking in one spot. ,We decided to replace all the underlying tar paper for the whole roof. We got four estimates, One was very close to California Roof experts, and two's costs 20% more. California Roof experts was the only company that offered a 20-year warranty on their work. They use a new superstrong woven silicone roofing paper to give this guarantee. Plus they were the only one that would reset the tiles on commercial wood strips to hold the tile in place. The wood strips have 3/8" thick rubber pads that will the water, if any, to allow to run under the strips. They did reuse the sheet metal that is places at the low point of two sided (gulley). I was skeptical of the sheet metals condition and I had Arthuro bring the sheet metal down for inspection and they showed no rust spots. I did however have Arthuro hammer flat some protruding sheet metal spots where the previous nails were so as not to cut the thin woven silicone paper. Also, we insisted on using city inspection, for which we paid, $330, Once the roofers started, they had always a full crew on the job, and we never had to call them up or prod them. Each evening, they cleaned up around the house before the left. There was no request for additional tiles, cement or any other item. Once the job was completed, it passed city inspection the first time. We are very satisfied with the company, their management, and their workers. Gunter H. Sanders"

"I have a flat roof. Four years ago, in 2014, Jordan put on a new roof. I also have a mansered portion of the roof which is basically decorative and covered with shingles. They did not replace this part as it looked to still be in good condition. Last week when we had a big rain, the roof leaked into the master bedroom. I was mortified. They came out promptly and determined that part of the shingled portion of the roof which I could not see was wearing out and allowing water in. Tim took pictures so I could understand what he was telling me. He managed to glue it together such that when it happen to rain the next day, there was no more leaking. He measured the area so that the office could estimate the cost of replacing that area. He said the rest of the shingled roof could easily last 5-10 years more. Since this was not part of the roof his company had replaced and therefore guaranteed, technically he wasn’t obligated to do anything for free. But he made this repair, no charge. This is one of those rare reliable reputable companies that rarely exist anymore. It is family based with the next generation taking on more and more so it is likely to be around for many years. I will always call this company first. One other note: Initially, I was reluctant to hire them to replace my roof because they are based some distance from me and I thought if there were a problem it might be hard to get them out. In 2017, I had a bad leak in the portion of the roof over the garage. They were on it and it turned out it was due to a clogged downspout which is the homeowners responsibility. They cleared the drain nonetheless, no charge."

"Chris was the thorough and came with a good idea. Crew did an awesome job on the Repair. Highly recommend Newhaus roofing 🙏"

"I recently had Platinum Roofing come out to repair a leak in my roof, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I called them, they were responsive and helpful. They quickly sent someone over to assess the problem, and they were upfront about what needed to be done and how much it would cost. Once I agreed to the quote, they wasted no time in getting started. Throughout the process, their team was professional and communicative. They kept me updated on their progress and answered all of my questions along the way. Despite encountering a few unexpected challenges due to heavy rain, they tackled them with ease and still managed to finish the job ahead of schedule. Now that the repairs are complete, I can confidently say that my roof looks better than ever. Not only did they fix the leak, but they also took the time to ensure that everything was in top-notch condition. I am incredibly impressed with the quality of their work and their dedication to customer satisfaction. If you're in need of roof repairs, I highly recommend giving them a call. They exceeded my expectations in every way, and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again in the future. Thanks again to the team at Platinum Roofing for a job well done!"
