"On a home built in 1957 Approved Contractor Inc (ACI) installed new construction windows and sliding glass doors, stripped the house of old siding, removed old plywood sheathing and old insulation, and then insulated and stuccoed the house. What was important was not only finding a reputable construction company, but also one that would coordinate the total project. The added benefits were quality work and high-end material, at a competitive price. Of note, was the stucco method (4 layers-coats - scratch, brown, finish and texture). The texture coat is an elastomeric paint (color of my choosing) that is water repellent, reflective and provides an even color on the walls - with a lifetime warranty. Other stucco contractors stop on the finish coat, with the color in stucco. In addition ACI uses its own subcontractors. ACI was professional, flexible, and did really great work. ACI was a superb choice."

"Recently my dadâ s roof blew off in a windstorm. I told him we needed 3 quotes before deciding on who should repair our roof. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"I had Ocean Seven Builders replace a roof on my primary residence along with a rental property of mine. They knocked out the work at my house in one day and were done by 1pm on the rental property. They were prompt and showed up first thing in the morning and did a lot of prep work to make sure there wasn't any debris falling on my deck table or in my air conditioner. They contacted me once during the day to confirm the color of two vents. I stopped by at lunch and they answered all questions, etc. When I came home in the evening from work they were leaving and they did not leave any trash, nails, etc at all. The roof looks great after the work was completed. I would hire them again."
