"Nice guys. Not enough experience. I just paid $4,500 to repaint siding that The Painting Company painted 2-1/2 years ago. Their prep was not adequate for the condition of the wood, resulting in paint peeling way too quickly. They came out to see the problem but since we were 2 months past the 2 year warranty, they would not repaint without charging a very high fee--more than other estimates for the fix. If your job involves any challenges, I would not recommend them. "

"Alex painted all of our stucco last year and while he was here he told me he could do our driveway. I ended up giving him redoing our driveway and all and all it was HUGE project. Then less than a year after different parts of the driveway paint started to peel. I have asked him to come since March 3rd to repair and he promised several times he will show up. Never did. Never takes my calls and after having called him multiple times I got a text from him this morning that he will let me know when he has time! Here are the screenshots. Very disappointing. I thought I had found a reliable painter but he doesn?t stand behind his with. I don?t recommend this business"

"I hired Craftsman Home Builders to Tex coat and Cool Wall the exterior of my home. l’m very happy with how my home looks! The workers took pride in their work and cleaned up after themselves. At the same time, I ordered some fire, ember screens from another company, and I was told by Craftsman Home Builders that they would go ahead and install them for me. The other company delayed the delivery of my screens by almost a month and a half. But, I was still assured that they would go ahead and install them when the screens arrived. When they were finally delivered, the workers came to install them. But the custom-made screens were the wrong size. Somewhere along the line, a measurement error had occurred. I was assured by Jordan, an officer of Craftsman Home Builders that the error was not on my end and that they would make good on their promise. I was told they would adjust the siding to accommodate the screens, or re-order the screens at their expense. Together, we problem solved and they were able to install the screens to my satisfaction in a very swift, and professional manner. I’m happy to recommend this company to anyone that wants good work done on their home."

"Wayne came out to give me an estimate. He was very personable and explained everything that would be done. Although I had a lower estimate, I went with Wayne as I like to support local businesses. I never spoke to or saw Wayne again.The morning the project started, three strange men came to my door and said they were the painting company. On the last day, the ‘lead ‘ painter walked around the house with me to inspect it. I pointed out that the stucco work was very bad. He simply shrugged and smiled. They got white paint on my pavers, which I pointed out. I gave him the final payment. I sent Wayne a text explaining my concerns along with pictures. This text actually went to someone else who said he would send it on to Wayne. I would have expected Wayne to show up on the first day to introduce me to his team, to check once or twice on the project to make certain I was happy with it. And then to meet with me on the last day, inspect the project and I would give him his final payment."
