"Overall got the services taken care of. After hiring was looking forward to my service. The young lady that arrived was very young was a little conservative but I decided to see how things would turn out. I expected more in my opinion for a deep clean. Some things were missed so when she left I did let the company know they attempted to send her back to fix the issues missed but we had already left the house. Then they asked me how to fix the issue since they couldn?t send her back we ended up agreeing on her returning on another day. She came back and she did fix the issues we spoke about. If she couldn?t return they didn?t offer to take off any money. They kept professionalism but I would have preferred to not have to schedule another day for a return clean just because of the current situation (sick family member). "

"Dolores and her group are fantastic! I hired her to clean an elderly relative’s home and clean they did! From scrubbing the oven, cleaning the ceiling fans, vacuuming and mopping, cleaning the bathrooms to dusting all of the knickknacks and putting them back in their proper place. They even changed the linens! Dolores and her staff went out of their way to talk and joke around with my relative, making her comfortable with strangers in her home. Well, they are no longer strangers because when Minute Maids left, my relative called me to say how pleased she was with their service and would like for them to come back on a regular basis. Thank you Dolores and all for not only doing a great job cleaning but going the extra mile to make it a pleasant experience for my relative!!!"

"If you want great quality and a decent price but are ok with very unreliable customer service, then go with Aire Serv. Aire Serv did great quality work on repairing, crafting and installing improved ducting for our central air system. Our A/C is working better than it ever has at quickly cooling/heating our house. Unfortunately it was a nightmare trying to arrange a date and time for the maintenance. I have to schedule time off in advance in order to be home during the day, but every time they tried to schedule the installation it was very short notice, and through email which they did not respond to for usually a few days. It took about 5 emails and a few phone calls, and they were only able to schedule the install when I told them I was going to go with another company. Again, if you want great quality work and are willing to wait for the maintenance for almost 2 months, then go with Aire Serv."
