"From first contact, dealing with them was a good experience. The price, and product was satisfactory. We feel they went above and beyond in accommodating our requests when it came to removing security bars, allowing several days so I could paint them, and then reinstalling them when the new windows were installed. They even agreed to remove/reinstall non-window related security bars so I could paint them. The only reason we rated Professionalism as Good, is that there was a delay in getting a couple of the windows installed due to a delivery issue with the manufacturer. Due to the delay, we had to schedule 2 installation dates. Overall, very satisfied with the windows, sliding door, and service. Will recommend Premier Windows to friends and family."

"quality is always excellent. Delivery has always been on time. this is the third time I have used Arkansas wood door"

"I can't give enough praise for Manuel and his team. I was referred their business and couldn't be happier. Not only were they very professional, responsive and helpful, they put themselves in my shoes to recommend the best solution. I personally had to reschedule my install day last minute and they worked with me while thanking me again for my business. They tarped off the work area, which contractors seem to forget now days and cleaned up when complete. They really are the whole package and I would recommend them to anyone."

"Turned my garage into a studio apartment type living space. Added a bathroom, kitchenette, entrance door and window. Excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail. Project turned out fantastic and no surprises extra expenses."

".The installation crew (4) were fantastic they were on time and in El Paso, TX thats rare. They worked professionally and got the job done in a timely fashion, in less time than they origanally estimated. they said it was because I had a brick house, but the way they worked had a lot to do with it. As you can tell I am very happy with my purchase!

"The estimate was carried out on the morning I requested it.  The installation was one day late, but we'd communicated about it.  I found Mr. Valadez to be very professional, to know his product well, and I hope to get him more work in the condo development where I live.

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
