My concrete garage floor was covered with an epoxy coating and then a urethane finish. There was a problem with the Epoxy coating - it was not mixed properly and therefore did not dry properly. American Coating fixed this problem immediately and put a new epoxy coat on. During the process dirt and leaves blew in because barriers were not put up to provent these things from blowing in. However, the last part of the job (Urethane Finish) was done with proper barriers, and there were no residual effects."
