They explained that once an estimate was provided, upon accepting the estimate they would deduct that charge from my total cost. "Excellent work!  Jim and his staff arranged for a convenient time.  Alex and Eric arrived promptly and went to work.  Initially they surveyed all the carpet in the house, including heavily traveled areas.  We had vacuumed the carpet before they came, but they used a more powerful vacuum prior to starting their cleaning process.  We removed smaller pieces of furniture.  They moved the larger furniture and placed it on foam blocks to prevent it from getting damp.  They carefully cleaned the carpets.  They did a great job.  Following the cleaning process, they used industrial fans to help accelerate the drying.  They were friendly and courteous, and everything was professionally done.   Highly recommend! <br />"
