"Oh my God they are fantastic. Oh my God , they are the best. They are just really good they are the best vendor I have ever used. Well because my roof is beautiful. What happened was, we had a you know, they came out and gave me a bid. My roof was having some issues and I did not think it was, he did not even think it was that bad, and what happened was that the roof started to fail, like it was too weak. And they came out everytime I called them. Because we had ran into like a time, and they had to do a schedule, a reschedule of three weeks and I am waiting for this roof. They came out every time it rained and a drop came in through that, if I had called for a complaint, they came out immediately that day. And they needed time to fix it but they instead of fixing would replace the whole thing. It was a $ 30,000 roof. Yeah, so it was a huge roof. So they did a great job. One of the other contractors came out after that, and said you know, Cheryl your roof is beautiful. Modern methods, they are like A+ .  I worked them over, I made them put me on their insurance. They are really quick, every time I called them out, they did not charge me and they knew that I was going to replace the whole thing. And I was really really very happy."

"We were very pleased with Lifetime Roofing and Renovation. They removed our tile roof and installed a beautiful shingle roof. The roofers were great, efficient, professional and nice. The foreman, Marcelo has the same qualities as the roofers. This is a great company! Marcelo is a great communicator also and was in contact with roofers and me during the progress."

"I can't say enough about how fantastic Rhinos Roofing Company was to work with. Miguel and his team showed up everyday on time and cheerfully ready to work. They replaced our large A-framed roof and installed new gutters. Miguel really cares about making customers happy and went the extra mile to leave the property very clean. He's also, by the way, a very nice guy!"

"This team did a great job removing the old tile roof and installing a new asphalt roof."

"????? We recently hired Equinox Roofing to replace the Spanish tile roof on our home in the San Francisco area, and we couldn?t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the communication was excellent. The entire process was straightforward, and they kept us informed every step of the way. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding. The crew was professional, hardworking, and clearly took pride in their work. The project manager was especially impressive?he came to the job site regularly, stayed involved throughout the project, and made sure everything was running smoothly. The entire team was great to work with, always respectful, responsive, and focused on delivering a high-quality result. Our new roof looks beautiful, and the attention to detail exceeded our expectations. We are extremely happy with the final outcome and would highly recommend Equinox Roofing to anyone looking for a reliable, professional roofing company. Thank you to the entire Equinox team fo"

"Roof was completed, and is good. However communication was not great- the project manager did not communicate the schedule or say when they would show up on day 1, or what the schedule for the week was. They moved fast and broke things- landscape lights, shingles flung everywhere, plants crushed, tar marks on many painted white surfaces (pergola, siding, trim, etc). Wrong drip edge color was installed (I was the one to catch that). Despite clear milestones in the contract, they asked for payment for demolition portion before demo was complete, asked for payment for materials before materials were delivered, project manager was aloof, did not reliably show up to site, and was unaware of details and had poor control over the 100% Spanish speaking crew. They missed demolition of a portion of roof that I had to point out to them- again poor attention to detail and quality control. When they made mistakes, they generally attempted to fix, but I would expect better from the get go."

"I hired this roofing company for a full roof replacement. Overall, the experience was very positive. The crew showed up on time each day and kept me updated throughout the process. They explained the materials they were using and answered all my questions clearly. The job was completed in two days, and the cleanup was through no nails or debris left behind. The price was in line with other quotes I received, and there were no surprise charges. The only issue was a slight delay in starting due to weather, but they communicated that ahead of time. I?d definitely recommend them to anyone needing roofing work and would use them again."

"Pablo and his crew know what they're doing. Our standing-seam metal roof looks great! They showed up on-time every day, worked hard, fixed problems that were discovered and left us with a beautiful roof. It was obvious from their bids that many other roofing contractors didn't really want to install metal. Ontop gave us a fair quote - and backed it up with great workmanship."
