Instead Jake showed up happy, polite and willing to find and solve our issue with in 35 to 40 min. Let me tell you Jake worked on our house for 2 hours solid, determined to fix our problem. Jerry showed up after Jake had been diligently trying everything to offer an extra hand. Both Jerry and Jake then worked an additional hour before finding and fixing our issue. "I was referred to JP plumbing by a good friend of mine after my water heater stopped working in the middle of the night. I called JP and was immediately impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. He explained the process and broke the cost down. I did call another plumber for estimate and found JP plumbing’s estimate to be considerably lower. I booked an appointment for the same day and JP was right on time. My first impression of JP was a professional, clean and prompt plumber. The old water heater was drained and removed from home and the new one was installed. The work was quality with a very nice 50 gallon Bradford White gas heater. During this visit I also showed him a leaking bathtub faucet which he was able to adjust to stop leaking for a very small extra cost. I would refer JP Plumbing Services to anyone who needs a well qualified and reasonably priced plumber."

"Art was extremely helpful and accommodating at every step of the project, from bidding through scheduling and even some additional work we needed a few weeks later. The team worked efficiently, doing a new main line install (going under our sidewalk and concrete without any demolition), re-piped the horizontal pipes under the house with copper (they were 100 year old galvanized), and setup a new shut off and regulator outside. They did everything in a day and cleaned up nicely. When we had other contractors working on our foundation 2 weeks later, they bent over backwards to get plumbers out the next day to make some fixes to drain pipe and at an excellent price. I got quotes from three companies and Repipe Pro was the most competitive and also great responsiveness from Art and his wife Thelma who run the business.
