"I spoke to Mike the owner the day before and he was pleasant and professional and offered next day estimate and service. I had never done upholstery service on my furniture before so I was unsure. But I’m glad I went along with it. I got a great deal from mike and excellent price. Jose F was the gentleman who worked really really hard and I was watching how detailed and thorough his work was. Jose worked nonstop and was a polite professional person. I asked a few questions and he explained the process well. Overall this was a great experience and I would certainly call them back for future cleaning. Very satisfied customer!!"

"We'd called Brian and Greg once before and were so impressed with their price and the quality of their work that we recommend them all the time! When it came time to clean our carpets again, there was no one else we considered. As in the past, Brian immediately answered my call, gave me a quote over the phone, and set a date at my convenience. On the day of service, Brian and Greg showed up exactly on time and got right to work. We'd removed the furniture from the rooms, so they didn't need to work around anything, but it took them less than an hour to thoroughly clean and protect our carpets. They stuck to their original quote, and we are thrilled with the way our carpets look! <br /> In addition, I'm on staff at a church that had some really bad stains in two carpeted stairways. Our maintenance crew had tried multiple ways to clean the stairs to no avail. Brian had also given me a quote on steam cleaning these two stairways. After completing my job, he and Greg followed me to the church where they attacked the stains. They did such a beautiful job that our maintenance guys kept bringing other staff members by all day saying, "Have you seen how great these carpets look?!" <br /> We will definitely be asking Crystal Clean Chem-Dry to clean our carpets again, and I will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for a carpet cleaner in the area! <br />"

"Everything about my experience with Furniture and Repairs was positive. They clearly explained their assessment process and reasonable charge to come out to personally inspect my furniture. They explained that once an estimate was provided, upon accepting the estimate they would deduct that charge from my total cost. The gentleman they sent out to assess my furniture was professional and patiently answered my questions. The cost of repairing my 6 pieces of mid-century furniture was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the work that they did. I couldn't be happier with the repairs. I inherited the furniture, and I was so nervous about substandard repairs, and these folks did an exceptional job. Some of the pieces were seriously damaged - wooden legs broken right off - and you can't tell where the damage was. They came to pick up my furniture and returned it in 2 weeks.
