"Pann is friendly, professional, efficient and his rates are very fair, and he cleaned up after himself. He did a great job for me, and I will definitely hire him again! Pann discussed my jobs when we made our appointment, and he told me what materials I could pick up prior to his arrival to save time if I wanted to. He kept me apprised on the day of the job of when he would arrive, since he was anticipating traffic. I also appreciated that Pann really listened to how I wanted conduit hidden for the outdoor security lights. He was patient with me and and came up with a creative solution that looks great and avoided busting through a thick wall. Pann was very sensitive to using his time efficiently, which saved me money. Pann also pointed out safety issues with my kitchen lights and he uncovered sloppy taped together out door wiring in a soffit. I intend to have him back to re-do the obviously defective prior electricians' work. In my experience, intelligent, trustworthy, efficient electricians are hard to come by, so you would do well to hire Pann for your electrical needs!"

He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system. He demonstrated how the array of panels would meet our energy needs and as opposed to some of the other companies, wasn't selling us more than we needed. I was billed the $129 Angie's List fee which was to include TV wall mount (mount not include), connect all necessary video and basic audio, neatly dress wires, configure peripheral devices, and conceal in-wall wires. And I was billed $140.49 from HELLOTECH. I'm still trying to get the $140.49 charge reversed."
