"If you are looking to resurface or refinish your pool, you have come to the right place! I have not had any pool work done in 20+ years, so it took a bit of investigating to find the right place. When I called Shamrock Pool Fiberglass, the owner Jan Moreno set up an appointment. He went into great detail regarding what it would take to make my pool look new again and better than before. My wife wanted the pool to look blue. He explained the fiberglass and the gel will be a bright white, but the color of the sky will make the pool look baby blue. We worked out a deal and I signed the contract. This was back in December 2020. He said all his people follow COVID-19 rules such as wearing masks and using a bathroom at another location (not at my house). The men were very nice about everything. If I had a question about something, they explained it, and we all kept our distance. The work that was being performed was something special to see. All of the work was done to my liking and very professional just as Jan Moreno said it would be. Jan even came on the last two days to spray the fiberglass in the pool. The pool resurfacing came out great and now the water looks baby blue! Our friends that come over just love the look of the pool and at night with the pool light on it is great. "I had a very large tree adjacent to the pool. The tree died within one year of pool remodel. The arborists attributed tree loss to the work the Aqua Gunite performed. It is costing me $4000 to have the tree removed."

"The team was amazing! We had an old deck in our backyard and we hired Palm Construction to replace and extend it and they did a great work! The job was done in less than 2 weeks, Communication was great, they cared about the backyard and plants and we are so happy itâ s all ready just before summer. Highly recommended!!"

"They did an excellent job. The only issue was that after starting to chip away at the old plaster, they called me and told me that my pool had been replastered before. Therefore it had 2 layers of old plaster. That meant more work to chip it all the way down to the gunite. That would cost $1,500 more! I had chosen PPP because of their low bid and good reviews on Angie's List. I was very upset. Jorge said that he could replaster without stripping down to the the gunite. I told him that other companies specified in their estimate and quot;strip down to the guniteand quot;. He agreed to drop the surcharge to $1,200.
Notwithstanding this, PPP were still cheaper and did a superb job.
My recommendation to others is to make the contractor be very specific as to his assumptions and state what are the incremental costs if these assumptions turn out to be incorrect.Jorge is a very pleasant man who is a pleasure to deal with.

"I never give a 100% review to any company because nothing and no one is ever perfect but in this case I would go so far as to give 97%. The end result was great and they made my pool look brand new. 100% kudos to the worker who gingerly cut away from the tiles I wanted to keep. His attention to detail was amazing and he did most of it on his belly, on the hottest day of the summer. In hindsight I feel guilty and should have just gutted the entire thing and chosen new tile. I apologize to them for my fool hearty choice. That said it was a job beautifully done. I decided to add a safety handle by the steps into the pool, since our friends are getting older and need something to hold onto while entering and exiting the pool. Completion of this took longer than hoped for, presumably due to unavailability, but once received and installed it was done well. The team worked well together and I think they did a reasonable job with daily clean up. Other than the safety bar installation, the job was completed in a timely fashion and the project manager, James, was a good and timely communicator, something very important in my opinion. We waited too long to address this resurfacing job and considering that we didn’t commit until late in the pool season, mid summer, we were pleased that the job was done relatively fast so we still got some swim time in. Looking forward to summer 2025 to reap the reward of the teams hard work. I would not hesitate to hire James and his team again. If you hire them I hope you have the same good experience."

"This is the best experience of all the projects we have done in our home, and we have had some major projects! The owner Beshoy was so professional, providing a very detailed estimate, and payments based on certain work being completed. There were several issues with the foundation of the bathroom that we expected once Isaac removed drywall, tile, etc but we were so very appreciative of letting us know. Isaac did an excellent and beautiful job with the bathroom. My husband picked out all of the items, tile, etc and Isaac collaborated with him on several items. I loved the collaboration experience as I am not the decorator. I am ready to hire them to remodel our kitchen and family room!"
