"I really can't praise David Bautista enough. He was a true professional, knew exactly what I wanted, was punctual, efficient, considerate, and completed the work in the time he estimated. I felt there was nothing he didn't know about wood floors. I'd hire him again in a moment."

"We had a large project with a few challenges. Jesus and his team were so knowledgeable. He discussed in great detail what needed to be done and the time frame it would take. He worked with us around other projects we needed to fit in. We can’t say enough about their customer service and the amazing quality of their work. "We have agreed to terms to install tile for now."

"We shopped around and found the flooring that we liked. The representative (very nice gentlemen) came out and measured the area and provided the estimate. The vinyl had to be ordered since none was available and Armstrong had to manufacture (in Georgia). This would take 30 days but we were willing to wait. There was no additional charge for this. Approximately 3 weeks after ordering, we were called and set an appointment. The installers arrived on time and within 4 to 5 hours, the work was completed beautifully."

"I had a flooring job and I needed to get it done quick. I called Duy to come out for an estimate. He was very professional and polite. Even though his schedule was booked, somehow he manage to squeeze me and finish my room in one day. I would highly recommended him!"

"

Good - the carpet is great and they did a fantastic job on the installation. It looks wonderful.

The only annoying thing is that they charge extra for everything, including $100 a room to move and replace your furniture. That seemed like a lot. We are seniors and can't move it ourselves, and $100 for both rooms would have seemed more reasonable. But the installers were excellent - they did everything right and cleaned up after themselves nicely.

"The experience and the beautifully refinished hardwood floors in this home built in 1948 far exceeded my expectations. All of crew were very pleasant and skilled. They answered all questions I had and explained the process along the way. There were areas of flooring that needed to be replaced and it was masterfully done. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They were fantastic and the floors are so gorgeous!"

"If you are looking for an outstanding hardwood flooring company, look no further! I have used RTL Floors 3 times now and every time I have been exceedingly happy with the job performed. Robert is honest, fair and VERY GOOD at what he does. We initially used RTL floors a few years ago to strip and refinish the hardwood floors in our house. The job they did was beautiful! The floors looked new after he completed the work and they are 60 years old! We then used RTL again to install flooring in our family room, removing our outdated carpeting. Robert not only did a fantastic job on the floors but counseled me along the way to find a good, hardy flooring option that would live up to the rigors we put it through in that room. Most recently, we used RTL when we experienced a loss due to sudden and unexpected water backup. Robert worked around me and my GC on timing, came in the day we planned, and has done an outstanding job installing new floors in the room affected even though the job was exceedingly difficult to match new wood to 60-year-old flooring right next to it. Honest, fair, trustworthy and outstanding at what he does, I cannot recommend Robert and RTL Floors enough! Thank you, Robert, for making our home look amazing time and time again!!"
