"<p>I called, promptly got a personable, knowledgeable associate who immediately provided contact information for their Tallahassee Servicer</p>  to inspect/repair, or to make a decision ( with my input ) to replace the whole unit with a new one. This primary servicer was unavailable ( "Labor Day Vacation" ) so, "Complete" ( Amy ) immediately gave the OK to use "anyone of My choice". This choice of  Servicer ( unfortunately, I had no immediate access to Angies List, so an unknown/yellow pages search ) led to a poor result the following day; removal of the microwave door, with the promise to analyze the problem(s) and determine/report repair cost to both Complete Protection and myself, per protocol. This self-chosen company ( after my persistent calls to get back to us ) offered to repair the door unprofessionally (with used/make-shift parts ). I reported this to "Complete"( about 9/6,  Associate Paul ), along with other microwave facts ( e.g., age of unit, cracking of plastic grills ) who, without hesitance, agreed to authorizing their re-imbursement of $250 toward the purchase/installation of a new microwave( covering my "out of pocket" cost completely). Amazingly ( but not amazing with this Client Centered Company ), my Complete Protection Check was received "before" the new appliance arrival! I wholeheartedly recommend Complete Protection, not only for their unique coverage paradigm( e.g., no contracts, 24 hr. live associates, use of customer recommended servicers, where applicable ) but for their personable/knowledgeable Associates, seemingly facilitating a built-in ( yet sincere ) Client- friendly model of helpfulness. A very rare find. <br />"

"We bought our house recently and assumed it had a clean out as was indicated on our inspection report performed by Cort Bacon of Pillar to Post Inspections. Upon installing our pool, it became necessary to drain a lot of water. And so began the cleanout search initially by our wonderful pool contractor Conrads Pools. Then we called the 1st plumber who looked all around and could not locate it. I called Cort Bacon back out since he indicated he found it a few months prior.He wasn't able to find it! He just checked the box assuming it was there! We called a 2nd plumber who removed our toilet and put a camera down the line and hit a t. He told me to call the city and have them mark the line and he would send us the bill! That's when I finally got in touch with the 3rd and only competent plumber Westar. Blake was resourceful and determined to find our cleanout. After many hours of digging, the main line was found but we didn't have a cleanout. They proceeded to add our cleanout to the line so we finally have drainage if needed. Westar did what 2 other plumbing companies couldn't or wouldn't do. We were so impressed with Westar and cannot recommend them enough! They have our business for as long as we are in Yuma! <br />"

"The apartment complex paid for the work.   They did a reasonable job, getting it back on.   They also have the contract with the apartment so I really have no choice.    To be fair, I was pleased with their courtesy and professionalism.   The air conditioning has been working well without complaint.  . <br />"

"We have had Justin Simpson complete many different plumbing jobs amongst different properties in Yuma, including new whole house construction for all the plumbing installations (all piping, faucets, sinks, toilets, appliances, etc.) to menial tasks like replacing a reverse osmosis apparatus to water pressure adjustments to repairing a leaking pipe and faucet. Justin is always on time, bids and charges fairly, and keeps our home and his work area clean. I would highly recommend Justin for any plumbing task needed."

"They have been great. They cover all appliances, heating, air, and plumbing. It is $60 for an initial visit to have a ticket open. They basically fix whatever the problem is, but any secondary damage, like in my case. I had a pipe burst. They helped me with the pipes, but all of the flooding, I had to go through my homeowners insurance as a result of that. It is a little bit of paperwork, but it has been working well for me.  <br /> <br /> I didn't do a whole lot of comparison shopping. The first year of service was a gift from my real estate agent. I don't think the price has been awful for what they have covered. I have just had great service and had no reason to change."
