"I hesitated to ever do this review because it was so long ago! But AL keeps sending me requests for review and since I think this is what we go on Angie's List for - to determine who is reliable, professional or not I decided to do this review! They were very nice people, they did a good job in cleaning out chimney and not making a mess. So I also had them do my dryer vent which exhausts up and out through a vent on my flat roof . I thought it would be simple to accomplish! However, he pulled the vent cover off.. instead of trying to find a way to unscrew or ???? and when he did so, he ripped it out of its mooring and cannot be put back on properly. and since I had foam and elastomeric roof coating this was ripped out of that coating and left a big gash of open foaming! Next time it rained... leaked into the ceiling of bedroom below this. I had stated when he was doing it... you can't pull that off there it is imbedded in the roofing! So I feel that this was not a very professional decision on his part to see this was going to be and then chose to pull that off there and thereby create the leak issue!"

"MY AC was out for three weeks and the company that the warranty company assigned me to did not know what they were doing. They wanted unsafe modifications made to my attic to get the unit in. After unbelievable frustration I was able to get the warranty company to switch me over to Armer. Within one week they installed my new system. No modifications were needed. They were all nice and communication was great. The two young men that installed did a great job and a month later, I have AC running. Thank you for coming in and making this happen!"

"As of yesterday 07/12/2012 at approximately 4:19pm I got a call from the boss Vince of Ductz location Phoenix and Tucson. He insisted I quit when I kept telling him I never quit. But since he was in a recorded line he wanted me to say I quit. That I never said it, only after repeating it and saying I never quit stop lying. Well to be frank, Vince has us doing half-*** jobs for we never have all the equipment we need. The work trucks are always breaking down. Riding around Arizona in the heat with no A/C is just wrong. When i got rehired he said he had so much work lined up and that it would be 40 plus hours a week. Yet we have only been seeing 24 hour weeks. Let a lome last week we only did 11 hours of work for the week. As he went out to vacation we were stuck in Arizona with no work and ****** pay. No commission either for this job when we make him 1k plus a day and we can't even get 15% commission when we are the one's getting everything done and putting our face to the company along with our hard work, not him. Lately we been driving around in a work truck with no turn singles at all. So yes very dangerous and he seems to not care. He over charges for duct cleaning work and tell us to do the best we can with the equipment we have. So 9 out of 10 times we do a job half-assed jobs. I'm writing this for people to be aware of this company. Also for customers to complain to Vince thw boss not to the employees. As we don't have a saying in the equipment we have. That's all Vince the boss who is at fault. I don't recommend Ductz to anyone. So many other company's that are a lot cheaper than Ductz and does a way better job as well. Ductz over all is over priced and half-assed. This is in Ductz of Phoenix & Tucson, Arizona. They also try to tell you to look processional when the supervisor Max looks like a bum off the streets and they don't even give you new work shirts. Only ones with holes and stains on it."
