"<p>We were very impressed with Golden's professionalism and service. They called the day before to re-confirm the appointment, and arrived promptly on time the day of service. The two technicians were very careful during the cleaning, taking extra care to keep our new carpet from getting dirty. In the end, the fireplace was clean & tidy and the inspection of the flu/chimney/cap showed that everything was in good working order. They were also very attentive to answering our questions and making recommendations as to the type of grate we needed to replace our old one. We will definitely look to Golden's again when the time comes for our next cleaning and inspection!</p> <br />"

"They were great! Finishing touches were perfect... Finished on-time and also did small other fixes on the fly. I highly recommend them! We wil be using MagCor again for larger projects soon as well. They were also very honest and open about options and what did not really need to be updated."

"Great! Another company had said the fireplace needed new valve and gave $1,044 estimate. Arizona Fireplaces did basic maintenance and replaced a switch for $185 service call and it works fine now. Even if new valve had been needed it would have only added a couple hundred dollars to cost. Very reputable and know what they are doing. Highly recommend them."

"I've used this company four times over the last ten years. It says a lot that I'd actually never met Eddie or AC until this year as they have always done the work at my rentals without anyone there. The work has always been outstanding and done for a good price."

"I got one of those deals on Angie’s List for roof maintenance. I got a response in less than 24 hrs. Jesus showed up on time. He assessed the problem and showed me pictures. It was pretty much what I expected: a leak around the solar panels. He checked the rest of the roof as well. Jesus fixed the problem area without any additional charges. He was very thorough and professional. I’d recommend him to any of my friends."

"I had several roofers out to the house for repair estimates. Legacy was the only one that took their time and thoroughly inspected the roof. They pointed out several problem areas and let me know that the roof and the stucco walls as well were not built correctly causing possible leak areas. They gave me several options to choose from from repairing the existing roof wind damage, to repairing that plus the problem areas, to a complete re-roof. I opted for the complete re-roof and glad I did as everything I was told about the roof was corrected and more than five leaks were found which also lead to discovery of wet areas behind the stucco walls and termite damage that has no been repaired. None of this would have been found had they not been so thorough."
