He sent a proposal via email which I accepted the next day. I had to follow up with an email because I didn't hear anything after I accepted the proposal, but that was probably just a technical error. Once I heard from them, they scheduled an appointment within 2 days. The crew arrived a little later than expected, but it was not a problem for me.
