"I hesitate writing this review because Ipart of me wants to keep these guys TO MYSELF! But they deserve all the business they can handle because they are that good. That being said: <br /> We had been bringing my 93 yr old mother's (yes, she still drives well!) 1999 Saab 9/5 to Swedish Auto Werks for several years, feeling we didn't have much choice. The service was less than stellar UNTIL this last time! WOW! The new owner, Steve, was like a doctor...and very concerned that our past experiences would limit our trust. Not only did he want to make up for someone else's mistakes, but he and his technician, Willy, finally fixed the problem that the previous owner could not! Along the way to full repair, Willy took the time to reconstruct a part rather than simply order a whole AC box, which would have been much easier for him to do. That act saved me $2000! Willy came out to show me exactly what he did with the passion of an artist. I probably enjoyed that more than the fact that the darn thing was finally fixed! <br />"

"<i>At first is was fairly easy to get the estimate. The guy came right out and measured both fences and gave us a price. He also told us and my neighbor that he would guarantee a 10 year warranty as well. That was awesome since no one else would provide even a year. He told us that a galvanized fence would last us forever or at least 10 years which was exactly what we wanted to hear as well as our neighbor since we both have replaced our fences well before that time.<br>Once we decided to use Capital Fencing we were told that the new fencing would be put in within a couple of weeks since they had to be made. This was in June when we signed on with them, the actual job did not get finished until August. We kept getting delays and excuses as to why it wasn't getting done. <br>Once the fencing was replaced our gate latch never worked appropriately. We thought that it was just because it was new and needed to be used more to "break it in." <br>Five months passed and by this time the latch was impossible to open, we literally had to take a hammer to knock it open. I called several times and leaving many messages with the guy who sold us the fence but he would never return my calls, nor would the main office.<br>After much disgust and no follow ups on my calls, I reported them to the BBB and gave a scathing review there as well. Once that was sent to them I immediately got a phone call telling me that they would be out within the week to repair my gate and take care of the rust that was now present on my new fence.<br>After about a week, they did show up at my door (well the job manager did) and she told me that once they were finished with the new latch they would come and tell me so that I could inspect it and ask any questions. I waited until I saw that they were finished thinking that I would get a knock on my door...NOPE, I saw the guy who sold us the fence and the guy who welded a new latch jump into a car that was waiting down the street. I immediately called the lady and asked why they didn't ask me to come out, and I was given a very lame excuse. I also told her that the paint that they used to fix the rust wasn't anywhere close to matching the color of my fence. She told me that as soon as it was warmer they would be out to repaint the entire fence with a Rustoleum Paint. That was in January and this is now mid March and our temps have been well into the 80s and much warmer than in January and STILL no one has called to schedule a time to repaint. I have completely given up on these guys and will just cut my losses and never use these people again and I hope that my reviews will keep someone else from having the same experience as we have. And by-the-way, we STILL do not have in writing, (after both my neighbor and I) requested one. I guess that is not going to happen either! </i>"
