"The wizard is semi retired, he's a very old man and was not there either time I visited.  Too bad, seems like someone worth meeting.  Staff at the store were knowledgeable and stocked a wide variety of parts.  Staff did have a sort of arrogance condescendence about them and prices were insane even for a specialty shop.  One Item was marked at $45 but I was told that the price was old.  Now it was $69.  As that was the part I needed to replace I sucked it up and bought it."
