I needed to find a contractor who could replace a mid-century bathtub/shower with a walk-in shower for my elderly parents and I needed the job completed as soon as possible. I contacted Adrian who graciously agreed to provide a quote on a Saturday morning. He was very professional and patient with our ideas and questions. He explained all options for our project and provided a quote including project scope later that same day. He also provided several different places to select the specific tile that my parents were looking for. The tile was selected. I notified Adrian who agreed to travel to two different locations to pick up the materials. The project started on the following Thursday as agreed at contract signing. Adrian was in constant communication responding to additional questions and providing updates. Project was completed in one week which is exactly what was promised. The shower is absolutely amazing and my parents are very happy with the workmanship of the finished project. Affordable builders worked in a very organized fashion, keeping materials, tools and all areas clean and safe throughout the project. My father asked that additional painting be done and Adrian obliged without hesitation. Overall, I highly recommend Affordable Builders for any bathroom remodeling needs. "I hired Emmanuel 2 years ago for a major remodel of my townhome. The remodel went well and I was very happy with the results. Emmanuel was great to work with, very detailed in his estimate, and very businesslike when I requested changes. I am coming back 2 years later to write this because I did have a problem with some of the tile work. After 2 years, I sent Emmanuel a message with my concern. He immediately sent out a tile technician. He covered the costs of the repair, including procuring additional tile. His technician, Manuel, was extremely competent and kept me apprised every step of the way. When rating a business, I think the ability to overcome an issue is one of the keys one should look for. Manny went above and beyond, and I couldn't be happier."

"We sing the contract; the contractor came and measured the concrete stairs and existing broken handrail, and we got quote sing the contracts paid deposit and they came to install it just to see that the handrail they ordered was too small. Then they went silent for 2 months. It is October and we sing contract in August, we finally got response that the contractor got busy with larger projects...This is very disrespectful and non professional behavior."

We were a bit nervous about undertaking a project of this magnitude while still living in NJ but Milan exceeded our expectations in every way. The job was completed on time and on budget, without a single unexpected upcharge. Milan provided excellent guidance on design and material selection and all of the actual work was done by a dedicated crew of Milan employees, overseen by an extremely knowledgeable and personable foreman; no revolving cast of day workers was utilized. What also stood out was how clean the crew left the house at the end of each day. Finally, Milan refused final payment until we were 100% happy with every detail. We have already utilized Milan on a second project, which was also completed on time and on budget, and will absolutely hire them again in the future."
