"It was a pleasure working with Leon and Crown Roofing. Our tile roof is 28 years old and had developed a couple of leaks. Crown removed the tiles and replaced the underlayment. They are very competitive on pricing. Everything was included in his price, including any damaged wood that they might find when they removed the tiles. Other contractors charged additional for any unseen damage. His crew was always on time, were professional, did the project in a timely manner and a very good job of cleanup at the end of each day. "We hired Alvarez Roofing to repair our patio repair the roofing on our patio covers. The previous installers did not seal the torch down material properly. This resulted in leaks and damaged the wood. Alvarez Roofing accessed the damage and it became obvious the people who built our covers cut corners and were not professional. Alvarez took the time to take video and several pictures of all the various repairs required. They never pressured us in anyway. They were very professional and courteous. After inspecting the roof and chimney flashing Tony told me my roof was actually very well done and in good shape, and that in his opinion the source for water leaking into my home was due to a rusted out chimney case cover and termination cap (I got those items replaced as suggested and my problem was solved).
